Remy Zero is a popular band mostly in AL, many other states. their lyrics are poetry in an alternative rock music. The band members are, Cinjun Tate who is the vocalist and at the same time play the guitar, Cedric Lemoyne played the bass, Jeffrey Cain played the guitar, Shelby Tate played the guitar and keyboards, and Gregory Slay used to play the drum.

They release their first album on 1996, but it was not a hit, and in 1998 they made another album called Villa Elaine, which critics believe is one of their best albums. Remy Zero is one of the most talented alternative rock bands, and they were comparing as the “young U2”. After Villa Elaine another hit came out named Prophecy and after that the group vanished in 2001, and each member began each different project. On 2010 the band suffered the lost of Gregory Slay the drummer, he died and the band reunited and made the album Golden Hum label by Elektra entertainment on his honor. They made concert in different city around the country and they said they would go back together.

I like Cinjun Tate voice, and the band play good music, and they had nice rhythm and lyrics. I think Cinjun Tate has excellent voice and he should explode more his talent. Some of the songs were use for TV series, and it is sad that they group is unstable and they do not work as hard as possible to stay together and make more hits. The music industry is hard, and if artists do not have dedications and clear goals they would never shine for long.

Music should talk about experiences and about life and Remy Zero music is a good example of that, they play a nicely soft alternative music that make rock music sweet to heard.
I hope the band make more CDs and keep amusing their fans with their unique style and beautiful melody, as we need today more music bands like them. This band is good because according to MTV.com during the time other rock band were playing wild music this band were playing in the radio a unique style and a different kind of rock.
